The Financial Risk Management System (FRMS) is a CDPHE program that assesses the financial risk factors of local public health agencies (LPHAs).
Implementation of the FRMS model is intended to streamline the efficiency of CDPHE fiscal reviews of LPHAs by eliminating supporting documentation with every CDPHE invoice, and centralizing LPHA fiscal reviews with FRMS staff.
